HVAC design of Lynwood Center Apartments, Bainbridge Island
14,000 sq ft remodel of residential apartment building. Reverse cycle chiller hydronic heating and ground source heat pump domestic hot water systems. Financial incentives were awarded from Puget Sound Energy.

HVAC and plumbing schematic design of Ferncliff Housing Resource Board, Bainbridge Island
Affordable multifamily housing project of duplex’s featuring ductless mini-split system heat pump and heat pump water heater for domestic water heating. Financial support from Puget Sound Energy is being pursued.  Approximately forty 4800 sq.ft affordable housing duplexes are planned in two phases on construction.

HVAC design of Ellis Residence, Bainbridge Island
2800 sq ft new construction, single family home. LEED Platinum rating secured.  Ground source heat pump with radiant floors, desuperheater and solar panel assisted domestic water heating and hydronic radiant floor slabs.

HVAC Design Northwest Net Zero Residence, Yarrow Point
3300 sq ft new construction project featuring low temperature, air source heat pump heating with multiple zone controls. LEED Silver rating in application.

HVAC design of Island Residence, Bainbridge Island
8,000 sq ft high end single family residence featuring propane gas fired boiler support in slab radiant floors augmented by 14 tons of heat pump heating and cooling units including wine cellar, entertainment, home office and support residence.

Lopez Community Land Trust, Lopez Island, WA
14 home community development of affordable, energy efficient homes featuring passive solar heating strategies, radiant electric heat and solar assisted hot water.  This project was the recipient of the 2010 Golden Nugget award for sustainable community of the year.
